Royal Air Force Association RAF St Mawgan Branch
It is which sadness that we report the passing of Mr Peter Tombs, member of the RAF St Mawgan Branch. Peter’s family are very much in our thoughts and we were honoured to be able to support them at Peter’s funeral. Our thanks to Branch Secretary Flt Sgt Alan Goudge who attended in full uniform and laid a wreath on behalf of us all.
RAF St Mawgan Branch takes part in their first Remembrance Day Parade. A small group of members joined the march from Fore Street in Newquay to St Michaels Church and then onto the Cenotaph to lay a wreath. A selection of pictures follow but more can be found on our Facebook page. Thanks to all that took the time to take part not only in Newquay but later in the day in St Columb Major.
